In-Fighting Continues Among the Parties
These leaders are again faced with the same old dilemma. The power-hungry leaders never seem to change despite the strong protests from the public. A recent meeting of the SPA alliance failed to name the speaker of the house due to serious differences among the parties. The expansion of ministries is awaiting the decision on the nomination of a speaker. Himalayan Times writes:
A meeting of the seven-party alliance today failed to take any decision on the expansion of the Council of Ministers and announcement of the name of Speaker.According to Amik Sherchan, chairman of the People's Front Nepal, the meeting which was held at the PM's residence in Baluwatar this morning, concluded inconclusively following a dispute on the issue of appointment of Deputy Speaker Chitralekha Yadav as the Speaker of the House of Representatives. NC-D proposed Yadav’s name and CPN-UML outrightly rejected her and proposed Subas Chandra Nemwang’s name.
Are we going to have changes for real? What if this in-fighting continues for long? Will the regressive forces become active again? What will be the impacts on the peace talks with the maoists if such tussel for power continues? These are the questions that bothers my mind. I do not understand how these leaders can be so indifferent to the sentiments of the people. They are always for party-politics when in power. Only when they are out of power will they act largely in unison.
What should Nepalese do to make these leaders understand that we do not encourage such delay over the nomination of ministers and proper functioning of government before we start peace talks and consequently election to CA?

I heard that Democracy is always there. When Nepalese can change the government in 2046, same Nepalese can change the government again in 2066. And if required, forever free Nepalese could change the system around the world. We don't have to doubt in our capability. But the current need is not "restore democracy" as India is saying. Current need for each and every Nepali is to "save and raise the nation". When US envoy to India made one statement related to India's internal politics last week, whole India shouted back to the ambassador. This is something good we need to learn from Indians. When India, and other far away nations are repeatedly trying to interfere our internal matter, our corrupted media (do I have to name the media which have bosses of Non Nepalese origins? Or u find it yourself, or maybe media like www.blog.com.np) is not tired of singing their songs everyday. These Medias are responsible for creating a pessimistic environmentin the nation. People are not protesting those external interferences which are vital in present. Restoring democracy is not theissue as far as I understand. What if democracy is restored tomorrow immediately? Same old faces who tried to help the neighbor more than own country itself will be back to power. And the process of losing the nation's independency which has been stop
Good jo hari,
writing a post and in the name of oh no, writing urself a comment.
Hahaha...
How did I know ?
Yes it's easy....
You post a post @ 12:40 AM
and again visit ur site to see if someone makes comment or not ?
and when u see no comment at all,
you wrote a comment in the name of oh no @ 1:19 am
satya sandhai tito hunchha Mr. Hari Sharma...
Oh no,
I agree with you to some extent.
sanobhai,
I see your point but we are not just targeting UML here. All the parties should have decided on the portfolios based on their seats in the house. They should have come together after the death of so many innocent people who sacrificed their lives so that these freaks could again get another chance to build the nation. We should criticize all of them for their failure to come to a consensus. They should feel responsible to the people. It is not the time to quarrel but to come together and assimilate maoists in the mainstream.
And anonymous,
Stop your crap. I don't need to write comments myself as anonymous. I expressed my views in the main post. For your kind information, there have been more than 200 page views per day for the past couple of days. So, I am not hungry for stupid comments like that of yours.

hahaha just 200 page visits ? boasting ? include a public webstat here lets see how many visitors are here.
If u dont know (obviously how do you know you have habit of leg pulling..) the public webstat service, search on google and if you are unable to find there tell me, I will give you the address.
Why don't you just delete comments altogether like the ones posted by anonymous. It is irrelevant to the topic. Also let me point to annon that there is a public webstat or watchmacallit in the home page. The last I checked there were 650 odd visitors from May 4. Not bad for a start up with no big media backing.
You can also delete this comment of mine, but since you have posted anon I think he needs a fitting reply.
Also I will post this under anon as well.
